Refund period:
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. Returns made after 30 days cannot be refunded.

Eligibility for returns:

  • Items must be unused and in the original condition received.

  • Items must be in their original packaging.

Exclusions:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., tyres already fitted or used).

  • Items that are damaged due to customer use, accidents, or improper handling.

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you regarding approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method within a few business days.

Exchanges:

  • Defective or damaged items can be exchanged for the same product.

Local free deliveries:

  • Our local free deliveries are not refundable.

  • Products must be checked on delivery and reported immediately for defects.

Shipping returns:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item was faulty.

  • For returned items, consider using a trackable service; we are not responsible for lost returns.
