Refund period:
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. Returns made after 30 days cannot be refunded.

Items must be in their original packaging.
Exclusions:
Perishable goods (e.g., tyres already fitted or used).
Items that are damaged due to customer use, accidents, or improper handling.
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you regarding approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method within a few business days.
Exchanges:
Defective or damaged items can be exchanged for the same product.

Local free deliveries:
Our local free deliveries are not refundable.
Products must be checked on delivery and reported immediately for defects.
